Reading: a good bedtime habit

A study shows that even a few minutes of reading before bed can ease sleep, and even prevent insomnia, according to a report in Business Insider.

Apparently, when you read, your mind becomes engaged in processing the words and language, causing you to relax, and therefore, fall asleep more easily, says Professor David Lewis of the University of Sussex.
