On display now at the North Gower Branch of the Ottawa Public Library, as part of a 25-year program of featuring local artists’ work, is Shirley Black.
Shirley lives near Manotick and she is well known for her stunning landscapes, including beautiful scenes of the Rideau Lakes area.
